Hi Friends!

My name is Molly and the study of yoga has taken the lead role as the love of my life. Growing up as a dancer and athlete, I’ve continuously been fascinated by yoga’s balance between strength and ease. My love for creativity and science was merged into one when I found yoga.

This practice came into my life at age 14. I stepped into my first hot yoga studio at that time to help with my own internal healing. It was then that I knew this practice was something I wanted to integrate into my life and learn as much as I could.

After moving to Los Angeles in 2014, I began working for a yoga clothing company and then shortly after, helped open CorePower Yoga on University of Southern California’s campus. I managed the studio for 3 years until COVID-19 occurred. Between that time, I facilitated 10 teacher training programs and loved the idea of bringing yoga and mindfulness to college students.

As a lifelong student of yoga, I have found that the physicality of yoga provides a gateway to the strength of the mind and the heart. Yoga has given me the space to normalize the human experience through the authentic connection we form with others and the self. I hope to cultivate a similar experience for my students to find the same link of mind, body, and soul.

“Yoga is not a workout, it’s a work-in. And this is the point of spiritual practice; to make us teachable; to open our hearts and focus our awareness so that we can know what we already know and become who we already are.” - Rolf Gates
